Physical Returns

We offer a 30-day, money-back guarantee on undamaged merchandise. Refunds or credits issued by Herman Street will be for the cost of the item only, minus a 15 percent restocking fee. We do not refund for original or return shipping fees.


Software Downloads

Returns on software downloads will be honored within 30 days of the purchase date for the following reasons only:

  • Duplicate order
  • Wrong product. Customers are required to purchase the correct software before they will be issued a refund for their original purchase.
  • Defective Download. To be eligible for a refund, we ask that you make a good faith effort to resolve the issue with our technical support department first. In the event that technical support cannot solve your issue, you will need to send us all email correspondence with tech support, including your tech support ticket number.

How Do I Return a Product?

Contact us by email or phone (866-648-2140) within 30 days of the original purchase date. Include the following information:

  • The name of the product being returned
  • The reason for the return
  • Your name and order number

Include your full name, order number and telephone number inside the shipping box. For your protection, we recommend all returns be sent by means of a "traceable" shipping method, such as UPS Ground. You must pay all costs related to return shipping.

Payment, Shipping and Downloads

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover and charge your credit card when your order is processed.


You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your order. (Please review this email for accuracy.) Herman Street ships orders with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Your order will process in 1-3 business days and the delivery time varies on the method of shipping that you choose.

Software Downloads

Software downloads are subject to the End User License Agreement (EULA) and our software download procedures. Upon payment verification, you will receive an email with download instructions.

If you have not received an email with download instructions or an activation key after one hour, you may need to add our email address to your email's Address Book or list of approved email senders.

NOTE: If you have Windows Service Pack 2, a firewall or other protective software installed, you may need to adjust your settings or click a dialogue bar to allow popups temporarily. This adjustment will permit the download popup box to appear. Reset your original security settings when the download is complete.

International Shipments

We are unable to fulfill orders outside of the United States for all other shipments of physical goods. Please note that customs, duties and taxes are not included in our freight calculation and are the customer's responsibility.
