Don't worry, you can still place an order. Just select "United States" from the dropdown menu. You will be able to use a your own address for billing and shipping as you check out. And when you complete your order, the currency will automatically be converted at current exchange rates.
If another country uses a language that is more comfortable for you, feel free to switch that country instead. The currency will still be exchanged correctly.
