"Net Nanny does everything you'd expect from a parental-control system extremely well. Kids won't be able to get around its content filtering by using an off-brand browser or fake out the time scheduler by changing the system clock. It's uniquely able to filter HTTPS sites, and its IM monitoring outshines the rest by working at the protocol level. It brings Vista-style ESRB-based game management to those not yet using Vista.
